Reservations Policies

– All rates are in Euro ( € ), per unit, per night incl. taxes and VAT
– City taxes are upon extra charge and paid by clients on spot (0,50€ per night)
– Standard rate: The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel within 1 day of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.
– Weekly rate: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.
– Monthly rate: The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.
– Non-refundable rate: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
